Cancellations 

At Moke Aesthetics we aim to provide the best possible experience. Adhering to scheduled appointment times allows us to prepare for treatments, allocate proper staff, minimize wait times, and enhance your overall experience. The following cancellation policy ensures we are able to provide top tier service to Moke Aesthetics clients.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge anytime prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee, which will be applied as a credit and can be used towards future treatments. Late arrivals may result in the inability to render the treatment scheduled, thus resulting in the same aforementioned fee.
